- Types of risks (strategic, operational, financial, compliance, reputational)
- Internal vs. external risk sources
- The risk management process and standard risk management cycle
- Tools and techniques for identifying risks (brainstorming, checklists, SWOT, etc)
- Risk assessment mitigation strategies: avoid, reduce, transfer, accept
- Tracking, monitoring and reviewing risks
- Communication and reporting with stakeholders
