Course Content
The delivery and content of all our workshops is contextualised to the specific needs of the participants and organisation at no additional cost, however, this topic typically includes:
- Leadership vs. Management
- Understanding the essential functions of a successful team leader
- Leadership styles and approaches – Identifying different styles (e.g. transformational, servant, situational) and when to use them
- Profiling – type indicators and tools*
- Building trust and credibility – Leading with integrity, consistency, and emotional intelligence
- Managing, motivating, and rewarding your team
- Running effective and inspiring meetings
- Identifying, utilising, and combining your team’s talents
- Successfully delegating responsibility, accountability, and authority
- Dealing with difficult team members
- Setting and managing goals and KPIs
