Sandra is an inspirational and skilled leadership and management workshop facilitator and coach with more than fifteen years of experience.
In this time she has delivered outstanding capability uplift solutions to a wide variety of organisations and industries, her success being founded on her ability to think strategically, ask thought provoking questions, and make the complex simple.

As with all FLMT facilitators, Sandra has been carefully selected for his ability to:
- Engage participants via energetic, discussion and activity-based workshops
- Assist participants to make sense of (sometimes complex) models, theories, and tools
- Assist participants to successfully transfer their learning to the workplace via a personal ‘strategy for implementation’
