Natalie has over twenty years of experience in delivering highly engaging workshops in all areas of leadership, from using emotional intelligence for enhanced engagement and productivity, to leading diverse teams.

Her success stems from her ability to assist workshop participants to thrive by blending human insights, strategic acumen, and transformation expertise to deliver sustainable outcomes and thriving cultures.

As with all FLMT facilitators, Natalie has been carefully selected for her ability to:

  • Engage participants via energetic, discussion and activity-based workshops
  • Assist participants to make sense of (sometimes complex) models, theories, and tools
  • Assist participants to successfully transfer their learning to the workplace via a personal ‘strategy for implementation’

Furthermore, an essential part of our facilitator selection is their proven experience of working in/with industry. Some examples of some of the organisations Natalie has worked with include:

Arrow Energy, Australia Post, Brisbane City Council, Commonwealth Bank, Department of Industry, Hasting Deering, NSW Health, QLD Corrective Services, QLD Police Service, Reece Group, Theiss, and The University of New South Wales.
