Mike is an award-winning learning leader with demonstrated success designing and delivering development initiatives across the private and public sector. He holds an education degree and consulting experience combined with over two decades of Facilitation, Virtual Facilitation, Solution Design, Executive Coaching, and Learning Needs Analysis.
Mike designs, delivers and measures challenging experiences that truly test and embed learning while evaluating impact and engagement. His strength in the learning and development arena is in building relationships quickly, facilitation, engaging stakeholders, applying assessment tools, delivering an integrated learning design, and capability embedment.
As with all FLMT facilitators, Mike has been carefully selected for his ability to:
- Engage participants via energetic, discussion and activity-based workshops
- Assist participants to make sense of (sometimes complex) models, theories, and tools
- Assist participants to successfully transfer their learning to the workplace via a personal ‘strategy for implementation’
