Ian is a highly experienced facilitator who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of successful leadership and management capability development.
His ability to assist his workshop participants to achieve impactful learning outcomes is due to his highly engaging facilitation style combined with many years of working with elite level athletes in Australia and overseas.
As with all FLMT facilitators, Ian has been carefully selected for his ability to:
- Engage participants via energetic, discussion and activity-based workshops
- Assist participants to make sense of (sometimes complex) models, theories, and tools
- Assist participants to successfully transfer their learning to the workplace via a personal ‘strategy for implementation’
