With over twenty years of experience and bringing high levels of passion, energy and creativity to his sessions, Damien is an established, sought after workshop facilitator.
He offers expertise in a wide range of leadership topics that include strategic thinking, conflict resolution, creative and critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
As with all FLMT facilitators, Damien has been carefully selected for his ability to:
- Engage participants via energetic, discussion and activity-based workshops
- Assist participants to make sense of (sometimes complex) models, theories, and tools
- Assist participants to successfully transfer their learning to the workplace via a personal ‘strategy for implementation’
