Adrian combines over twenty years working as project, program, and portfolio leader with extensive experience of assisting many Australian and overseas organisations to successfully build their PPM capabilities.
Additionally, Adrian provides high-level expertise in the wider capabilities required to achieve project success, including Business Process Analysis, Change Management, Project Leadership, and Risk Management.
As with all FLMT facilitators, Adrian has been carefully selected for his ability to:
- Engage participants via energetic, discussion and activity-based workshops
- Assist participants to make sense of (sometimes complex) models, theories, and tools
- Assist participants to successfully transfer their learning to the workplace via a personal ‘strategy for implementation’
